KCAS - Tier One Acting

KCAS’s Tier One acting class is a Christ-centered tutorial training course that dives into the basics of acting. This 7-week program is specifically created to give guidance to any performer (whether they are new or seasoned) so they can succeed both on stage and on camera. Throughout the seven weeks students will naturally grow in their articulation, memorization, and increase their overall social skills as they expand their imaginations and emote real emotions in a healthy way.

Our Tier One acting course focuses heavily on building foundation in the realm of Biblical Identity. We teach Biblical Identity because as performers our job is to become different characters. The reason why so many performers struggle is because there’s no foundation to go back once the job is done. Our performers can succeed with confidence because they will be grounded in understanding who they are because they’ll know whose they are in Jesus. By the end of the semester each student will walk away with grounded Biblical Identity, Christ- Centered tutorial training in acting for both stage work and film and be able to thrive in an often-cutthroat field because they will live a life, confidence defined.
